What can be returned?

You can return unopened, undamaged, and non-perishable items within 14 days of receiving your order. This includes:

  • Pantry staples (pasta, rice, beans)
  • Personal care items (lotion, shampoo)
  • Energy drinks (unopened cans)

What can’t be returned?

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable items (fresh produce, meat, dairy)
  • Opened or damaged items

How to return an item?

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label via email.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  4. Attach the return shipping label to the package and ship it back to us.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Shipping costs:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return an unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
