What can be returned?
You can return unopened, undamaged, and non-perishable items within 14 days of receiving your order. This includes:
- Pantry staples (pasta, rice, beans)
- Personal care items (lotion, shampoo)
- Energy drinks (unopened cans)
What can’t be returned?
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable items (fresh produce, meat, dairy)
- Opened or damaged items
How to return an item?

- We will provide you with a return shipping label via email.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Attach the return shipping label to the package and ship it back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping costs:
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return an unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
